" The most delicious wedding cake family and guests have ever tasted! The individually wrapped serves of cake as bomboniere were enjoyed the next day - they didn't last any longer! I was sent back to the reception venue to collect the few pieces that guests had left behind as the family were ringing for more. Katie was a pleasure and delight to deal with. Her advice as to the type of cake (she recommended a lighter fruit cake given the December weather) and decorations were valued and appreciated. " Getting our wedding cake made by Katie was fantastic! We were in a great rush as we planned to have our wedding very soon after our engagement. Katie understood the need for speed and guided us through what we needed to do. We weren't sure what type of cake we wanted. Katie laid out great options and recommendations. She knew exactly what kind of design we'd want and made it perfectly with plenty of cutting cakes for our 120 guests. Overall, it was fantastic service and she made it very easy for us. When you are having your wedding you want to know that each part is being managed by someone competant and Katie was exactly that. Even down to the decotations around the cake. " Wedding was fantastic... the wedding cookies went down a treat and we loved our mini-cakes! They tasted delicious too (we managed to try them all as there were a couple left behind). The Mum's loved the cookie barrels and even more so the biscuits inside. As for our gingerbread church, we had so many compliments. The windows were amazing, especially the back window which was gorgeous. I have attached quite a few photos of the church. We posed for the cutting of the cake but obviously didn't actually do any cutting. We broke off the doors a little later to encourage people to eat the gingerbread church which they did and they all thought it was delicious. Yummy! Thanks again and all the best. Tori :) Xx "
